Neighborhood Pools, Inc. Owners Joe Williams and wife Stephanie Washington–No license–left me with a defective pool. No experience in marciting pools. Created 8 leaks due to careless workmanship–shoddy equipment. After receiving his payment from me, no more returning to rectify the problems that he created–burned lawn, broken pipes in pool, no diamond brite material used that was paid, stains left in pool. 62 unanswered phone calls. $5,000 in damages to brick pavers and $800 unnecessary water bills. A total of $12,000 in damages……………
