Report Filed: Nelly Toyota of Roswell Never got the title/registeration from them after buying the new car Roswell Georgia!!
Bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla on March 5th, 2013. Got it financed from a bank. It’s been more 2 months, I haven’t received a copy of the title or the registeration of the car to get the license plate. I made more than 100 calls, left more than 10 voice mails; never got the responce on time and most of the time never got the response. Sent a couple of emails to their manager; even he never replied back. After selling the car; they couldn’t complete and send the paper work to Fulton County Tax office to get the copy of the title/registeration. I called the Fulton County Tax office; they said they didn’t receive the paper work from your dealer. Because of their not-working-attitude/don’t-care-about-old-customers; I have been renewing the temporary tags from my pocket. DMV aren’t suppose to renew the temporary tags after 1 time; but they did it because they understand I am suffering because of this dealer.
