Heads up friends!! Net Zero aka United Online has to be one of the most if not the most downright, unequivocally, shady companies in business!!! I canceled a temporary dial up account with them in February of 2014 only to find out they have been without fail charging my credit card Monthly since for what they deem as a FREE account I never signed up for!! If its free then why in the heck have you been charging me? I’m mad!! I sent them a Cease and Desist email and replaced the credit card on my account with an old one I never use that has no funds on it. So let them try and charge me again!! Net Zero the Jokes on you!!!! Steer clear of this fraudulent company. Google them and read the horror stories. Wish I had!!!
