Report Filed: NORCENT SCAMMERS RIPOFF PROBLEM Azusa California!!
I bought a Norcent Model Lt-3225 used. This TV had no manual or remote control, and at the time I didn’t think it was a big deal, since I could go to the Manufacturer Web site to download the manual as well as the remote codes and would be able to use my universal remote, so I thought. Problem (#1) this Companies Web site tries to install a Trojan Horse on your Computer and as been identified as an attack site. Problem (#2) there are no codes available for Norcent products so Universal Remote will not work. Problem (3) tried to send and e-mail to their customer [email protected] and came back as undelivered. Problem (4) tried to call their customer service and got voice mail and voice mail boxes that could not be used to leave a voice mail. This company is having a serious problem, I just glad I bought a used TV and not a new product that I may have problems later with no support. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY you will hit a dead end if you need something from them in the future. Mario Scottsdale, ArizonaU.S.A.
