In January 2015 I sent a motor needing repair to Adam at Nyco Systems in Rialto, CA, and a few days later he emailed a repair quote. I called to tell them to go ahead with the repair. I called a week later to check status and nobody answered the phone. I left a message, nobody called back. I left six phone messages and sent three emails over the following three weeks, never got a reply, never got the motor returned. I get the feeling this “company”” is like one sketchy dude working from a dingy garage.”
