I rented an apartment. I moved out June 25th and was supposed to receive a refund of $1,230 by July first. I sent numerous texts and got the run around from Victor and Keenan it is Sept 3rd and I have not received my money. They are known for illegally evicting people and keeping their security deposit. Neither one of them are answering the phone. I want my security deposit back. They also rent foreclosed properties and let the property be sold then keep collecting rent even though they are no longer the owners. They even hide the tenants mail so that they do not receive the notices that the property has been sold.
