Hello, On August 13th, 2003 I won eBay Auction Item number: 2427030830 from Mr. Patrick Williams of Pearblossom, California for $332.50 plus freight of $60.00 for a Total of $392.50. After several days of eMails we finally agreed upon a shipping method. On August 23rd, 2003 I sent payment in full in the form of a Wal-Mart Money Order via United States Postal Service (USPS) Certified Second Day Mail to the only address Mr. Williams would furnish and that being a PO Box. (PO Box 909. Pearblossom, CA 93553) Mr. Williams received payment as the mail I sent him was signed for by him. Several week passed and no word from Mr. Williams so I eMailed him again. He responded and said that the transmission would be shipped within the next couple of days. I eMailed him several times after that to get a shipment tracking number and have not heard from him sense. After about a week of no replied to my eMails I decided to try and contact him by phone at the number he had provided eBay (661) 666-1212. I called this phone number and all I get is all phone lines are busy, please try again later. I have tried this number several times and got the same results each time. As of this date September 28th, 2003 I have heard nothing more from Mr. Williams and have not received the item I have paid for. Thank you, Jack Mustang, OklahomaU.S.A.
