I enrolled in the Jewelry Repair program, but found the materials to be poorly written and very light on content.The lessons were shipped…slowly…and were very thin booklets with large print and many pictures as if to make the content more than it actually is in order to justify the cost of the program. I cancelled the program after two extremely simple multiple choice exams. Now, the problem is, I paid $75.00 for these two booklets and simple exams and am being harassed to pay an additional $40.00 for shipping, and $75.00 for “administrative fees””. These are fluff fees for no service rendered. These people call two and three times daily
