Perla Group International which apparently consists of just one person, Charles Du2019Alberto, is a complete scam. Its self-touted CEO (and only employee) Charles Du2019Alberto sold himself off as a big deal in the in the telecom market. The truth is that Charles Du2019Alberto along with his Perla Group is just one big con-job. I gave Charles Du2019Alberto over $25,000 (US) as a down payment for some Telecommunication equipment I ordered from him. He said that he has many connections in the industry, a great reputation, and could fulfill my order in less than 2 weeks. Three months later and nothing delivered from Charles Du2019Alberto. He just took my check, cashed it and now is hiding in Lugano Switzerland. The phone number he gave me is now disconnected, all my emails go unanswered, and his mailing address is just a PO box in a strip mall. Charles Du2019Alberto stole over $25,000 from me! Now, after some research on Google, I find out that Charles Du2019Alberto and his bogus Perla Group International have been doing this for years. First in Australia, then Saudi Arabia, then Dubai, then Ft. Lauderdale FL USA, then Italy, now Lugano Switzerland. Scamming people all the time! Charles Du2019Alberto has created numerous social media accounts and has self-authored many websites that make it look like he and his sham Perla Group International are legitimate; they are NOT. Charles Du2019Alberto and his Perla Group International are one big SCAM!
