Phase4Interactive is a nightmare waiting to happen; do not waste your time or money. Horrible business practices and hostile people with a total lack of professionalism and etiquette. My company posted an ad for branding services and was contacted via email by a person named Ian, offered branding services through his company. After checking out the website he sent, we decided not to use his services and sent him an email thanking him for his interest but that we were pursuing other options. That’s when things turned ugly. Within hours, we received an email reply from this Ian person that was very hostile and explicit in language. In his response, he criticzed our company, called us “cheap a** losers”” who’s website was full of “”sh***y”” content and told us that we would fail miserably without his services. We reiterated our lack of interest and told this Ian person to cease contacting us immediately
