Phoenix Remanufactured Transmisions

At first the company looked good and sounded convincing, the deal is you take your trans out and send it to them to inspect and they are suposed to send you a check for 550.00 core charge. To start I paid in full for the new trans. and they sent it in a timely manor. I then had the tranny removed by a reputable trans shop and the new trans put in. the new trans showed up crated and wraped, it was spray painted to look new and clean, fine but when you look closer it was pretty well beat up and one of the breather tubes was broke off luckily I had not sent the old trans back I had to take the tube off and epoxy it in to the rebuilt trans.When they first started the truck it made a horrible sound like metal grinding! First thought was the flex plate to give the new tranny the benefit of doubt. flex plate cracking is common on super duty trucks. Turns out the flex plate is fine we had it crack tested. So, we determined that it was the new torque conv. and had to ship it back meanwhile my truck is holding up space on a rack at the shop! Phoenix trans had their outside torque conv shop make me a new on free of charge, oh boy. Finally, we got the trans in and operating. it has now been six months since I paid for the trans and four months since I sent the core tranny back for a refund. I have called every day for three weeks and keep getting the same answer that the owner needs to review my order also I have sent many emails to get the same responce.
