I purchased a new 2016 Ram Eco-diesel truck with tons of dealer installed upgrades in April 2017 I gave the dealer Dodge of Placentia a 2010 Challenger SRT8 paid off and cash on top of it. They forced the lux care and the swat vehicle recovery plan because they said I wasn t paying for the upgrades that had been installed on it, I agreed and paid, today 6 months later I am still waiting for both products, the dealer lied and said that they were both installed when really there is no record of my truck at either of the product data base, This is nothing compared to what the DMV sent me, they sent me a letter of incomplete registration saying I cannot drive the truck due to posting fees, I showed the dealer the letter and they have been avoiding me since, 6 months later and no registration, what to do?
