Report Filed: Produce Parners McCormick Something terribly wrong at Produce Partners Burbank, California!!
I don’t know if this affects orders through Amazon, but this McCormick satellite company looks like they’re in trouble. I ordered a case of this mix from their website, using Paypal. Three weeks go by, no shipment, no contact via email.I emailed them from two different accounts to ask where my order is. No response. I called the contact number 878-714-0082 from their website. Goes straight into voice mail at all hours of the day. I called McCormick – they say it’s not their problem.Finally, I filed a PayPal claim to get my money back (I’d rather have the product). I forwarded the PayPal claim notification to their email. Bounced – that email address no longer exists. If this is any indication of things, it’s no wonder you can’t find Produce Partners at the grocery store anymore. This looks like a classic case of a good product, and lousy management.
