Report Filed: Raffield Tire Master Raffield OverCharges Macon, Georgia!!
I recently lost the fan function on my truck. So I stopped by Raffield’s Tire MAster on MLK in Macon to get it fixed. Fuse I thought, Maybe even the fan motor… It was a Resistor that had gone bad. Okay I’m good with that. A $55.79 part, Raffield charges me $119.48 and the cost of a pigtail connector. The Pigtail was $95.00 at Raffield’s and 32.95 at the OEM dealership. HMMM… So what should have cost me $85.00 in parts plus labor (47.50 their charge) was $284.95 $85.00 parts is reasonable. Double to tripple charging a customer is wrong. The 47.50 in labor was cheap… I would have been happy with 2 hours labor and 85.00 in parts. My advise is to not use this company.
