I paid $52.00 for a remote control. They billed my credit card but after a month there is still no shipment. Calling their phone number got me a recording saying that they are in the process of moving and to send an email. So I emailed them and their reply told me they don’t have the remote control but that my old one can be repaired – for a price. I instead asked for a refund but did not ever get an email reply again. Calling the phone number is useless; they NEVER answer. There has been no word from them about sending a refund. Simply put, they took my money and never delivered their product.
