BRIC Group is a real estate investment corporation with headquarters in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and China. However, they do not disclose any information regarding the qualifications of their portfolio managers, have dubious client ratings, and use deceptive terms and conditions.
The following BRIC Group evaluation is critical of this company. You’ll find out whether this real estate investment firm is worth your time. Spoiler alert: it is not.
BRIC Group: What is it?
The BRIC Group claims to be a real estate investment firm. They promise to provide services that make it easier to invest in real estate. BRIC Group provides a wide range of services and features to its clients.
However, there are numerous concerns with the services they provide. Otherwise, I would not have written this review.
Dingenis Poppeliers serves as the BRIC Group’s managing director. However, there is no information about Dingenis’ qualifications, experience, or talents elsewhere.
Aside from Dingenis’ face and name, the BRIC Group has not provided any additional information on its website. BRIC Group, as an investment consultancy, undoubtedly wants to keep a lot of information from its clients.
The same is true for all other team members at BRIC Group. Other noteworthy members of the BRIC company include Luke Baudouin, Sara Nogueira, Aida Castany, and others.
All of these individuals are senior portfolio managers at the firm, but there is no information on their expertise or qualifications.
The BRIC Group does not disclose any information about its specialists’ qualifications or experience. When you hire the BRIC Group, you don’t know what type of consultants you’ll be dealing with.
This is quite a disadvantage. BRIC Group claims to be an investment consulting organization.
When choosing an investment consultant, you should consider their abilities and qualifications.
An inexperienced or unskilled consultant is more likely to make mistakes that will cost you a lot of money. You would not want to jeopardize your finances due to a consultant’s lack of abilities or experience. This alone is reason enough for me to recommend avoiding the BRIC Group.
BRIC Group Countries: Where They Operate
It was founded in the Netherlands in 1996. They have since grown into several BRIC Group countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Brazil, Hungary, China, and the United States.
They have twelve offices in various countries. Their headquarters are in Nueva Andalucia, Malaga.
The BRIC Group Countries’ office addresses are:
- Brazil: Rua Osvaldo Cruz, no.1 salas 1501-1504 Beira Mar Trade Center, 60.125-150, Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil.
- Carrer del Bruc, 21, Principal – 2 A 08010 Barcelona.
- China: Asheng Building, Room 1203, No. 188 Jiangning Road, Shanghai.
- Spain (Marbella): Puerta de Banus Business Centre, Oficina 39 – Bloque E, 29660 Marbella.
- USA: 320 Wilshire Blvd., Casselberry, FL 32707.
These office names indicate that they have significantly expanded their services throughout the years. However, simply having many offices does not imply that a firm is client-centric.
Furthermore, there is no way to verify the offices in each of the BRIC Group countries. When you check up these places in third-party business listings, you won’t find BRIC Group’s name, which is even another red flag.
This company has used a variety of unscrupulous marketing practices. And that is obviously not a good sign.
The first red flag was the paucity of information on their MD and portfolio managers. Are their portfolio managers functioning without certifications? If this is the case, you cannot trust their advise.
On the other hand, if they are certified, why isn’t the corporation displaying this information? It calls their credibility into question, regardless of what offices they have.
As we go over the many BRIC Group evaluations, you’ll discover why this real estate consulting firm isn’t the greatest fit for you.
BRIC Group Reviews: Suspicious Positive Results
There aren’t many BRIC Group reviews available. For a company that has been around since 1996, there are relatively few reviews of their services.
It Reviews at BRIC-Group.com.
It’s website has a dedicated area that contains all of their BRIC Group reviews. When a corporation displays its own reviews on its website, you know you can’t believe them.
After all, why would a corporation post criticism on its website?
On the BRIC Group website, there are numerous BRIC Group reviews that cannot be verified. There are almost 20 reviews on their official website, which they say are from their customers.
Unfortunately, there is no way to validate these reviews. These individuals do not provide ratings or offer any information about the company. They simply sing accolades about the company.
All you’ll see is a list of random names with lengthy articles touting BRIC Group as the best financial advisory firm. There is no way to know whether these are actual people or not; you must trust the BRIC Group’s word for it.
For a company that has been in business for over 20 years, they do not have a single customer who can provide a picture of themselves with their testimonies. Is the BRIC Group legit? I do not think so.
Reviews on Trustpilot
Trustpilot is a popular review site. However, their trustworthiness has always been questioned due to their business approach.
On Trustpilot, it has a 3.8 out of 5 star rating:
That is not all.
The BRIC Group evaluations on Trustpilot are pretty questionable. First and foremost, all of the reviews are five stars. However, they do not provide any precise facts regarding their experience with the company.
Why am I questioning BRIC Group’s Trustpilot reviews?
Because of this:
As you can see, it is really simple to receive good feedback on your Trustpilot page. All you need to do is spend a few hundred dollars.
If you look at BRIC Group’s Trustpilot reviews, you’ll find that they come from accounts that have not left any other reviews. This suggests they only established an account to leave a 5-star evaluation on BRIC Group’s Trustpilot profile.
Have you ever made a social media profile just to leave a single 5-star review about a business? Chances are, you have not. Because it makes no sense to devote so much effort into a single review.
On the other hand, if someone is paying you to do the same, it makes a lot of sense to set up an account and leave a 5-star rating.
Because of these factors, BRIC Group’s positive reviews are highly questionable. Read them with a grain of salt.
BRIC Group Real Estate Consultancy: Questionable Terms and Conditions
It is a real estate consulting firm. They promise to offer individualized portfolio consulting to assist you discover which assets are best suited to your needs.
They also assist you with in-house compliance and throughout the entire purchasing process.
But when you hire a portfolio manager, you’re hiring an expert, correct? It appears that the BRIC Group does not trust its own portfolio managers.
Their website contains an entire area dedicated to their investment portfolio, which includes a variety of investments.
According to their terms and conditions, you should not treat any of the information on their website as financial advice.
Their terms and conditions further state that you cannot hold them liable for the investments they promote. All decisions you make while following their recommendations will be your responsibility.
So, if their portfolio manager suggests a bad investment, you cannot hold them accountable.
This is clearly a dodgy tactic. Furthermore, the prices of the properties listed on their website are subject to change at any time, as per their terms and conditions. This clause gives them another opportunity to defraud investors.
Assume you decide to purchase a property through the it’s company. The price you see on the website cannot be trusted because it is subject to change at any time. And, once the seller knows you’re interested in the house, can’t they raise the price at the last minute?
Would you walk away from that purchase if your BRIC portfolio manager kept advising you buy the property?
Trusting this company is quite tough due to its terms and conditions. That’s why it’s best to avoid working with them entirely.
Conclusion
It raises too many red flags for an international real estate investment firm. The company’s terms and conditions place all liability on the client. Their website provides no information on the qualifications or experience of their portfolio managers.
Furthermore, the positive BRIC Group assessments are too shady to believe.
It is advised to avoid this firm because they are extremely untrustworthy. You can easily find a company that provides real estate investing services without putting you through a lot of hassle.
