We purchased a fifth wheel from Rick Bakers Rv dealership one and a half years ago. When I went to call the finance company to see about how to pay on just the principle of this fifth wheel they informed me I was not on the contract. I tried to explain to them I was but because they said I wasn’t I couldn’t talk to them. So my husband who is on their contract called them and they told him they would mail him a copy of their contract. We have the original contract and my name and my husbands name are both on it and also the interest rate is 5.99%. The contract the finance company received has only my husbands name and his signature was forged twice and the interest rate had been changed to 6.99%..
