Report Filed: RIGHTWAY AUTO MUSKEGON I purchased an auto 6/2016, didn’t receive the license plate for 6 weeks. I disclosed that I had a stroke, brain surgeries, spinal surgery, a rare brain disorder and had recently moved out of a domestic violence shelter. The car immediately had problems and it took them 6 weeks to get my license plate. They are required to give the consumer a license plate within 10 days. Muskegon Nationwide!!
Well, now in the beginning of 11/16, my car engine seized and I need a new engine. The warranty will only cover a junk engine , I have a deductible and I still have to pay for parts and labor. Rental car is 30 a day for 2 days & I have to pay 30 a day for a rental car. I have significant disabilities and I have a witness to the whole transaction. I am filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General and the ADA. I believe they exploited my disabilities and my PTSD as I had just moved out of a domestic violence shelter. I am pursuing civil litigation and invite anyone to join me to make it a class action. I have repeatedly spoken to them and they have yet to return my calls. I complained about the whole transaction with the saleswoman Willmar and was abruptly chastised and criticized for this complaint because “she’s like family””. So
