Report Filed: Riverside Honda-jimmy chang in may of 2015 received notice from american honda finance corp. that a 2014 honda accord has been repo’d by them and the lessees name is an 84 years lady that has never entered this dealership nor does she have a drivers license or has ever signed any of the paper work and lease documents? they are seeking 21k payment from her? we are trying to make the general manager involved and informed of his lease manager’s method of selling cars. we are also in the process of contacting DMV and consumer affairs. riverside California!!
my mother who is 80 plus years old and has no drivers license has just been informed that a 2014 honda accord has been leased under her name and now has been Repo’d by american honda fin.corp. for non payment matters. the car has 40 k miles on it and she never entered nor signed any of the documents that they claim to have. we are hoping this matter is resolved quickly and for the management of riverside honda to claim this accord from AHFC asap and clear our mothers name immeditely. we are also in the process of contacting DMV and BBB and consumer affairs.
