Sager

I’ve purchased online from Sager, on September 18, for a total od $18.41, 20 pieces at 90+ cents each. There is no information provided by Sager on the shipping and handling cost, but there are three shipping options provided: UPS overnight, UPS Ground and Economy (supposedly USPS, but not clearly defined). The way this shipping information is being defined by Sager, should be suspicious and alarming enough to contact them and double-check before one actually decides to give out the credit card number with them. I decided to trust them, though, and it shortly turned out my big mistake. On september 19 (why so late?) I’ve received an automated email from Sager, with attached invoice, for my subtotal of $18.41, and $99.97 for shipping and handling, then $15.36 taxes. I was not willing to agree with this, and since I never had a chance to approve, I called Sager back immediately, to advise of not accepting such charge. I was not able to get through to alive person for most of the day, ending up leaving countless voice messages that were never returned by anyone. I”ve emailed the email I’ve received the invoice from
