Sallie Mae Careertring

I mailed Sallie Mae a check in the amount of $30.00 which is my monthly payment. Sallie Mae made the transaction look like it was done on line. Changed the amount to $307.80. I live month to month. I ended up with $99.00 overdraft charges also. My $30.00 per month payment turns into $80.00 if I am late. If I am late with a payment I am charged $20.00 late fee. Sallie Mae takes my $30.00 and the $20.00 late fee and comes up with $80.00. I was late only once (45 days) and I sent a payment of $60.00 and another check in the amount of $30.00 and they said I still owed them $80.00. Turned me in to their collection agency, Sims Assc. When I called to try to straighten out what was going on the person I talked to ask me how he could help. When I tried to tell him, he would interrupt and yell do not talk when I am talking. After about 5 minutes of this I hung up. I tried to call back to talk to a supervisor. While quess what. When I call Sallie Mae my call goes directly to one of their collection agencies. I know what has happen to me is not as bad as what has happened to others. I have racked my brains trying to find some government agency that is not afraid of Sallie Mae. They need to be stopped. They can and do anything they want and the government doesn’t care. Does anybody know who would help stop Sallie Mae. There are alot of victims out there. I am willing to do what needs to be done if someone would help. Please show me the way
