Sandander consumer USA

Santander consumer usa bought my auto loan I had with sovereign bank. I have paid the 57 payments on time to Sovereign and the last 3 to Santander and never late and now the loan is paid off. However Santander consumer USA took the initiative to file a notice with all three credit reporting agencies that I have filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy.This is not the case. I did not file. I did some research and found the case number they referenced and it is someone in Tacoma Wa with the same name. Case #78-88. Bankruptcy petition #09-46006-PHB.I am self employed and rely and use my credit cards to buy equipment from the factory I represent. However, my credit card companies closed my credit with them because of the false information Santander reported to Trans Union and the other two companies. I have now been in limbo since September 11, 2009. I called the reporting agencies and have given them my findings they told me to contact Santander for they need to correct and remove the false information from their report. However when I call Santander they send me back into the circle that I need to correct it with the three credit reporting agencies, and the round robin circle continues. It just goes to show Santander consumer usa did not do their homework, and within the click of a mouse can ruin my livelyhood and credit.
