This insurance company is a joke. It is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are nothing but liars. The only thing they are good at is playing games. They keep you waiting so that you will jump on the first thing they offer you. Don’t fall for this. Get an attorney.

Game Playing Liars
Last month we were hit, while stopped, by an insured of 21st Century. Since then it has been nothing but games and lies by very untrained employees. This company should be investigated and probably have their license suspended. If you happen to own stock in this company I suggest getting rid of it as they run up the claims. They could settle them much quicker if they had a brain.
Check Your Coverages........They Lie!!
I had 60k/100k insurance, and was getting a quote to raise my limits to 100k/300k. I was quoted 482 every 6 mo.
I stupidly switched and never read every work of lawyer talk. I was getting quotes from others as I do every year or so to see how competitive the rates are. Come to find out they were lowest legal 20k/50k coverage limits!! I have switched to a more reputable dealer with a real location. Don’t trust this fly by night company!!!!

I’m really glad I read all these reviews. I just got a great quote from them but all these negative reviews helped me make up my mind instantly. I will continue with the company I have been with for 40 years. Guess you get what you pay for.
Do Not Trust This Company
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! This was hands down the worst insurance that I have ever held. They can add fees for the hell of it and do frequently, they can add drivers to your account and bill you for them even when you expressly tell them over and over again that they do NOT drive your car. Their customer service is really bad. They are slow to act to a claim. They don’t get paper work to you quickly.
They only contact you by mail even if they have phone numbers and email addresses on file with notes attached to contact by them instead. Bottom line is they are over priced insurance who care more about lining their pockets then they do providing good insurance for their customers.
Increases in rates in AZ.
My husband & I had 21st Century Insurance for the past 2 years and will never deal with them again. After the first year when we received our renewal notice they tried to raise our 6 month rate more than 3 times the amount we had been paying, when my husband called we were told by the agent “well we had to pay out more last year then we planned so we are raising the rates for everyone in AZ.”
Now I don’t mind if you raise my rates some if I have had an accident but both of us have not had anything against our driving records or any accidents. We told them we would be looking somewhere else for Insurance and the next week they drop it back to within just a few dollars over our past amount. Then 6 months later they did it again and got the same answer when we questioned it. So they fell it is OK. to punish good drivers because they have to pay claims on other drivers! 21st Century Insurance Company is a joke in my option and I will never recommend them to anyone. As far as I’m concerned they are thieves.
Fraud
got a quote on a policy for me and my spouse. Two months later they raised the premium for addition 100.00 more, when I question them, they give me an excuse that they added my daughter to the policy without my consent. I canceled the policy with another charge of 34.00. I refused to pay any additional charges. A month later they put it through a collection agency. They are just deceitful!!
Grandson Has Auto With 21, Have Policy Also Not Covered to Drive the Others Car
My 21 year old grandson lives with me. He was on my policy to drive my car, then he bought his own car and got his own policy with same 21st insurance. I called to have him taken off my policy and was told that because he lives with me I have to sign a waiver that he will never drive my car and he will do the same, that I will never drive his. We have the same 21 Auto Insurance. Anyone else can drive my car but because he lives with me he will not be covered if he has an accident in my car. I will not be covered in his.
Equipment
The heart monitors on the bikes, many of the treadmill doesn’t work. I have reported these machines for two years only to be told repeatedly that the parts are on order. Yet they are never fixed. There is not one bike with a working heart monitor. This is critical for persons with heart conditions for heart monitors to work. Also, the dryer in women locker room has been out of commission for 6 months. The equipment needs to be updated, fixed or new ones purchased. Please correct the non-functioning equipment.
I cancelled my membership and was still being charged after. I even called to verify that I was canceled… They said yes I was cancel but I was still being Charged. I had them re-credit the money back to my account however they said it would be almost a week. My customer service representative never apologized or made me feel certain about the situation. I don’t appreciate any business saying that they are canceling my membership and still charging me!!!! To me that is a scam and sneaky business.
