I purchased car parts from this company on May 29, 2008 (1 item) and May 30, 2008 (2 items + freight). I was told on those days that my items would take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. As of August 7, 2008 (10 weeks later) I have only received one item I ordered. I did receive another but it didn’t fit my vehicle (and it was poorly made) and that the company I ordered from would contact the main company about fixing the problem if I brought the item in. When I did, I was told that I bought the item and I was to bring it back home with me because there was nothing they could do about it because all sales are final. I called to find out where my order was a couple times a week starting at week 9. When I called to find out where my orders were the owners’ wife screamed and yelled at me, saying I was bugging them and being promised my parts would be in the next day (which never happened when I called to check on them. Instead I got yelled at all over again for being an “annoyance”). When my wife tried to talk to her she was also screamed and yelled at for just trying to understand what was going on with my order. The woman told my wife that this problem was my fault and I should have paid more attention when her husband talked to me. She blew a gasket every time I called and then the owner started giving me an attitude saying his wife told him I said this, that and the other to her when no such thing ever happened. I have been nothing but cordial and patient. I expect the same in return when dealing with a supposedly reputable company. I have paid well over $1,200 for these products and all I got was a hood and bad customer service. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t have that kind of money to just give away (without services rendered). I have tried everything in my power to resolve this issue and still get yelled at and told that all sales are final and that they don’t have to replace the part that didn’t fit. It has been extremely stressful trying to work out this issue with this company and I’m hoping I can get my money back. If I can get my money back I will gladly spend it somewhere else, even if it costs more to get the parts! The company goes by 36 Tint ‘N Sound. My bank couldn’t find it on my statement because it was listed as Full Circle. When I reported them to the BBB they were listed as 360 Motor Sports.
