A-1 Auto Parts

On April 1 2015 I drove from Fort Worth to Dallas to K&M Auto parts to pick up an intake for a customer car. I should’ve known something was not right from the get go because I could not find the correct information for this auto salvge yard. As a manger of a business i thought they just havnt updated their information so I continued my purchuse of a $375 intake. they quickly took the money for the part gave me a receipt. They told us it would take about an hour to take the part off so me and my husband decide to go grab some lunch we come back to David the scum that took the customers money to go to A-1 and that “Chris” would have the part ready for use. So with no choice but to go to “Chris” we waited for over an hour and all we got where broken promises of help we have called both places with no type of compassion or understanding no type of anything.The sad part is that i decide to go back to Dallas to get a refund as i waited 2 more customers came in also complaining that they paid for parts but no parts where given to them as well. Now the customer of the car thinks that we stole the intake money. When in reality the real thieves are A-1 and Choose&Cruise. We urge everyone to please stay away from this robberies and to make the time to write a complaint nothing will be done until we continue to make this people aware that what they have done is wrong. In all I have spent over $500.00 and no one is trying to at least give me the money for the intake at least it bring me to tears that people like this continue to get away with this. .
