I bought a gift card from Agent Provocateur as a present for my sister and there was supposed to be a $200 balance there. When my sister tried to use the card she was told that there was o balance! When I contacted Agent Provocateur customer service and explained what happened they said that was an accident and promised that $200 amount will be put back on the card within a couple of days, but that did not happen. It is now over three weeks and I can’t reach anyone from them and money is still missing. This company is a fraud and they stole my money!
