Fool me once… I’m a guy, a guy who only buys jeans when an older pair wears out. I placed my first order mid-November 2014 for one pair of Prison Blues Jeans. I knew that it could be a bad time of year for a small shop to fill the order, and I was right. Long story short, I never did get the jeans and I didn’t get a refund until mid-January. The “online guy,” it turns out is also the owner who is very difficult to get a hold of. He’s rarely in the store and rarely returns messages left by his employees despite me calling at least once a week starting mid-December. He eventually apologized and said that I had ordered a non-standard size (never had that problem before) and that “I fell through the cracks.” Once I finally talked to the owner, I received an immediate refund. OK, so I took the owner for his word. He seemed sincere, and since I still needed a replacement pair of jeans, I took another chance on the All American Store. I ordered another pair of Prison Blues Jeans in mid-February. Two weeks pass and I still hadn’t received a shipping notice. I called again and I was told that two+ weeks isn’t unusual to process an order. I eventually get a pair of jeans that are the right size during the first week of March but they are the wrong style (raw denim). I called immediately, but again, no response as to a return/exchange/refund. I have called at least once a week to talk to the “online guy” / owner and I have left messages each and every time. It’s now the end of March, I still don’t have the jeans I ordered, I have a pair of jeans that I didn’t order (will shrink too small once washed), and no refund. Once this is finally resolved, I will never order from the All American Store again. And I advise that you don’t order in the first place.
