I have only had a couple dealings with this company and the 2nd one was after a purchase I made for EMG pickups. I returned them and was given all the proper instructions on how to do it at my own expense. There was no issue conveyed over the phone or in chat that this would be a problem. I had canceled a few orders prior as well. I did pay in full a vox vt40 amp and cable. I was told this was counted as a return by Zach because I inquired about a return and someone there not me took it upon themselves to issue a tag. They don’t know how to void them so they send them off and make that my fault. I worked in shipping so I know that any time a label is made it can be voided. I paid to return the EMG’s with tracking and they acknowledge receiving them on there end. I was told I still have to pay the return tag fee that I did not ask for or use. I was be littled by the rep for using my own tag and emailing the tracking info same day it shipped. It makes there job very hard but no one conveyed that to me or the fees after I called and they had the items. I don’t read minds and I had no idea that of all the custumers they have I caused this many problems. I never meant any of this in vengance or harm. That being said I have taken steps to file complaint with the proper agenceys in my state and with the Better Business Bureua. They told me the day I caceled my last purchase after getting talked down to like a 2nd class citizen that I can order the guitar but I cannot return it for any reason. Then proceeded to cut off my 3 payment plans in the future telling me I can pay in full on anything I just cannot return items anymore. Shocked but not really this is why the USA has outsourced a lot of American Jobs especially customer service work answering phone calls. These people well the ones I talked to Zach (supervisor) Mattie (Credit Departement) and many others hang up on me. They tell me not to call when I am asking about the refund matter but to forward questions to the legal department. I was given the email but really why does a music store have a on call legal department?? They could not tell me or even who would answer the email. The forwarded documents and my email about the lack of respect shown. I also let them no that no of this would have come about had I been told. I do not read minds but I know the vibe of the company now and I got approved some where else. .
