AMGEN in Seattle, WA refuses to pay to properly fix the only working elevator in their Central Utilities Plant (CUP) Building (AKA Building AW3). A sign has remained over the elevator button saying “Elevator temporaily down” however it has been down for over a year. Amgen has had their elevator company investigate but are just too cheap to fix it. They still shamefully display the ADA wheelchair accessible sticker on the doors! Nevermind that one of the Seecurity Officers can no longer patrol the building because he uses a cane and relies on the elevator! Amgen is a billion dollar company and cannot be bothered to fix an elevator. They have also cut the wages of contract Security officers and Kitchen staff, while their CEO continues to be one of the highest paid around. Shame on Amgen!
