I worked for this company on commission to solicit consumers who are disabled and also senior citizens for there State funded CDS home health program. It was a hand shake agreement with a Christian Minister. I gave her (2) quaifying referrals for there business. The commission was $250.00 per referral. The agreement was If my referrals qualifiy for the medicaid state program I would receive $250.00. Well, I got paid for one referral. Once I found out my second referral qualified had qualified, this company fail to notify me. So I then asked for my commission and for weeks then months I study kept getting the run around.I even invoiced them 3 times… Until it occurred to me that Angel’s Direct CDS Home Health Care decided not to pay my commission for my qualified referral. My advice is get your down payment up front or you will not get paid…Furthermore, make sure you sign a contract. Religious Ministers are NO EXCEPTION.
