Summary: Be careful using this company. Showed up on time, but broke the LCD on our television. Upon first discussion with owner regarding the damaged item, refused to offer us anything except the absolute minimum insurance claim (about $20). Basically informed us that it was our fault the television broke in their truck because we didn’t take precautions. A “too bad, so sad” attitude. After we spoke several times, owner then agreed to help our family replace the broken item – only then to stall, call us back, change their mind, and tell us they would only give us a portion of the previous amount they agreed to. Company then pressured us to sign a document to hush about the situation and not share our poor experience with others. My recommendation to those moving in the DFW area would be to use a different moving company. Apollo Strong broke our flat screen televison and made the moving process far more stressful than it needed to be.
