ASAP Roofing

We hired ASAP Roofing after a hail storm almost a year ago. After multiple phone calls they finally came and did some of the work. Then months went by without the work being completed. They were scheduled to come do the work this week and never showed. Again after multiple phone calls they say they aren’t finishing the work. They are breaking their contract with us. Unfortunately we had already given them what was to be a partial payment but now it turns out they were overpaid for the what work they have done. Of course they refuse to refund any money to us. They caused more damage with the work they did do and now they feel they can walk away and break a contract. They also sent us a bill for twice as much as what the insurance had agreed to pay and what they had agreed to accept. Completely illegal. Do Not use this company. Learn from our mistake!!! Not only have we paid them the funds that were to fix our house but we also have to pay for the damage they caused while doing the little amount of work they did do. We are going to have to pay someone else to complete the work and repair the damage ASAP caused. Dont be fooled by the name there is nothing fast about this company unless their idea of ASAP is a year later. This company is a complete rip off.
