- Just as everyone else 1&2 Automotive had been bought out and Auto One Acceptance took over and that’s where all my problems started. They try to charge you one week for CPI payment and then call your phone the next week trying to get your car note payment which is very idiotic & bothersome when you can just charge it all together at once which is what I opted for. Won’t answer your calls after you raise an eyebrow at why they charged an extra CPI payment and can’t even tell you what date that extra payment is from, just tries to make it out to be that you simply didn’t pay it when my bank account summary/file receipts shows it all to be current. The same way you took the extra payment is the same way you should be able to return it but for some odd reason they’re trying not to admit to their mistake nor pay it back because they’re wrong. You guys have the computers with the info on payments and when they were made so why am I having to tell y’all the dates of when I made payments? FULL PAYMENTS at that. Then when I brought up how I made several payments ahead of its due time so I wouldn’t have to be bothered with them calling my phone from different numbers the employee still couldn’t tell me when the “late” CPI payment was from. This isn’t the first time this has happened, I’m getting fed up and at this point do I even want this car anymore? From all the problems I’ve been experiencing with this half ass company I may just take the hit and start from scratch with a different company that has their shit together. Not to mention the fact that you can’t even speak to a supervisor right then about the problem you’re having, you have to wait to be called/emailed back. Really just not worth the time nor the money spent with this company. I didn’t ask for you guys to take my shit over, it was out of my control. I didn’t complain I just took it for what it was but I’ll be damned if I put up with the extra bullshit from you guys. My money will probably be appreciated some place else.
