I found a car online for purchase and went to AUTOPAY for a loan of my car credit.
The team didn’t give me a pleasant start to paperwork on the loan deal.
Documents took three weeks to finalize and I in the meantime hoped for quicker results to get my car home.
I figured the loan approved quickly and will have the care home in three days.
This was a terrible experience at AUTOPAY.
I expected the best service from this company and got nothing due to the long process of paperwork.
No telephone calls text messages of the car purchase and of the snail-pace paperwork.
I decided to give the company a call but got no response from the staff members.
Each day I called and expected an answer from their side but got no one to return my calls. The process felt like I am alone in this deal. The loan wasn’t approved due to the credit debt I had with another company. I didn’t need to wait for three weeks to hear this disappointing news. The interest rates are higher than other companies and glad to have not gone along with the loan deal of the high rate charges. I wasn\’t satisfied with the services of the employees. They don’t care for client services this is a nonsense company to deal with on any issue with money. No matter what the situation I failed to understand the system of AUTOPAY. I have no idea of what to expect from this company when dealing with loan deals. My loan got disapproved and the team neglected to let me know of this information. They didn’t think of calling to enlighten me of information I longed to hear from the company. I had to know of this information, and it was my priority to focus on the loan deal. The team didn’t find it necessary to call me and is of poor knowledge of the customer’s service. The company doesn’t make clients their priority. AUTOPAY can’t handle a case in concern with money. It is difficult to communicate with the team.
No direct conversations and no trained staff to make the loan deal feel comfortable nor pleasant.
I didn’t get to buy my care from the poor management at AUTOPAY. The sale couldn’t go through smooth due to the inconvenience of the loan deal. No loan no care and is my l experience from the company.
I received several emails from the company and the emails didn’t concern the loan deal. I felt scammed on my upfront fees. The loan application didn’t give me a positive experience through the team\’s lack of interest in the company of AUTOPAY. I won’t recommend AUTOPAY for the poor skills of loan deals and of the lengthy process in filling in forms. The high rate charges they didn’t mention and lack of communication to let me know of updates on the loan deal.
I realized no good came from AUTOPAY and won’t contact the company of my details again.
