Was contacted by these thieves about my 2002 audi a4. you can see it if you go to their site…they listed it like promised (sold now, privately). however, after getting a call about someone interested in my car, they asked me for a $500 forward (which i would get back after the final sale) to get the paperwork that would get the process rolling. I said that wasn’t in the agreement, and was promptly hung up on. Since then, i have tried calling (getting a message saying “thank you for calling third party. thank you for calling third party, a customer service company.” I’ve called 10 times at least and emailed 6 or 7. No one calls back, no email response. The few times i did hear from them, it was to tell me my refund was on the way. I didn’t get my password for the site within 7 days, so they “extended” my period to file the seller protection paperwork. I have a certified mail slip showing it was signed for in the proper time frame, which i suspect is why they won’t respond to me. Worst part is, i got someone i know to express interest in my car to illicit contact with them…never heard about it from them. It’s a shame that the BBB sites these guys as a legit biz. They most certainly are not. Bunch of crooks, really. If anyone knows how to get around that darn answering machine, please let me know! Out 375 bucks, and i have little hope of seeing that money again.
