BangaloreonlineFlorists.com is one of the worst websites to order items for your loved ones. I suggest you not to use this website. I had ordered as OSIM Massage pen for my father in law on September 30th (Order id BOF-[protected]). This was not delivered till now (Dec 12th). I have called multiple times and luckily if I get a Customer Executive they tell me it will be delivered within a Week. They do not have any regard for customers. I also called and told them to cancel the order and give me a refund which has not happened. I believe I have spent more time and money by calling them compared to the gift itself. I am not hopeful that any action will be taken with this complaint but if someone does read this please do not use this website for ordering
