I got an apartment through banta properties for my family and I thought it was a OK place to live because rent was reasonable the apartment was a piece of crap they refuse to fix things in apartment I would call for maintenance they would say they we’re coming but never showed one day I plugged something up and power went out upstairs I had refused to pay rent due to out of pocket expenses I stayed there rent free and I finally moved October 2013 I had my credit report pulled and a $4000 judgment was put on my report from them without knowledge they filed it in 2009 and I didn’t know anything about it until I tried to get another apartment they found out about a bank account I shared with my mom and took money and refused to give back the owner acts as his own attorney and when I tried to resolve matter they refused to and it has a negative rating on my credit report
