Basney BMW

These guys are liars. They try to deceive you by hiding crucial information from you. Believe me, there are many other showrooms where you can go to buy your car. Just don’t go to Basney BMW. These people have no sense of professionalism or customer care.
My brother’s 18th birthday was coming up in a few weeks and therefore I decided to give him a small surprise by gifting him a car as a token of apology. He had always wanted to own a BMW and therefore I decided to gift him one.
I did not know about BMW showrooms and therefore I decided to search online for nearby BMW Dealerships. The nearest one was Basney BMW. I tried calling them but there was no answer from their side. It took me three days to reach them and I scheduled an appointment to check out the cars available.
I reached the place on the day of the appointment. Since I had already checked the car online and all the details, I had a pretty good idea about what questions to ask the salesperson. On reaching, I was not paid heed to by anyone working at the place. I had to go and tell a staff member about the appointment. I had to wait for sometime before a salesman finally came to me and asked me about my requirements. I told him the name of the model that I had checked up online. He took me to the spot where the car was parked. It looked more amazing when I saw it in person. When I asked him about the specifications of the model, I was not given any answer. It seemed as if he was new at the job. I did not have enough money to buy the car with cash. I asked him whether finance was available and I vividly remember he told me “Yes, Finance is available”. I asked him if I could have a test-drive of the car. I was told to wait for some time. He called me outside as the test drive had been approved by his senior.
The test drive was really smooth. I decided to buy that one. After I completed all the paperwork, an issue arose all of a sudden. Apparently, I had been told wrong information about the finance is available for the selected model. I told the manager that there must be some mistake as I was told that finance was available by the salesperson. When the salesperson was called in front of me and asked, he simply denied saying anything as such. I could not believe my ears when he uttered the words which denied him saying the above.
I had no option but to walk out of there empty-handed. I did not expect to be treated in such a way by a salesperson at Basney BMW. I would advise people not to go to that place ever unless one wants to be portrayed as a liar in front of the whole showroom.
