Beauclerc Bay Apartment

So first off this is the worst place to rent. My soon to be husband has lived here for three years, i moved in with him and my children about a year ago. He was in a one bedroom and we needed to move to a two bedroom, so we did and about after a couple weeks we started getting bit by bed bugs. We contacted our landlord and they had massey pest control out here. Now the apartment above us and next to us was infested with bed bug. The pest control only spayed ours they didnt do anything with the four apts. In our building, the pest control company said that they dont have keys to get into the other apartment and that we all four needed to be treated at the same time. When i mean all at the same time it doesnt just include spaying the apartments this also means alot of work on the rentors of this comminty. I have been dealing with bagging up all linins,washing and drying all clothes,we litterally got rid of everything sofas, beds you name it. As of may 1st our landlord moved a family in above us and now they have them bad. So when we were in the clear of bed bugs and new beds new sofas and chairs we now have to through beds, soafs, and do this all over again because we now have bed bugs. I think this is rediculouse. Why didnt they take this seriosly. I have called attornys, landlord, BBB and at this point im done why should i have to pay rent and have to purchase beds again and sofas, i just want out of our lease so we can move. We have went to our landlord and asked if she would let us break our lease with no penities, so we can save for a month to move.and they said no.they also said they didnt have any two bedrooms avalible only three bedrooms. Well why cant we move to a three bedroom and give us the same rent. The reason i say that is because the people surronding us are dirty and basically they dont care. Well i do..When the pest control company told us we were clear of bed bugs we purchases all new beds sofas ect. And now we have bed bugs again because michaelson group wouldnt help us. My children are getting bit the most. We have water comming in our kitchen, black mold ect. .
