If you ever had a chance to stay at Belamere Suites then you must know how terrible this place is because it is completely different from the stuff shown on their website. I stayed at Belamere Suites last week which is located in Perrysburg, Ohio. They claim to deliver one of the quality services to their customers but as far my stay is concerned it was horrible and I was disappointed with their services. Your customer service should be top-notch and you should make sure that your customers are satisfied with it, but the only thing which Belamere Suites is concerned is making money and nothing else. They don’t even make sure that whether the customer is comfortable or not, everything is so expensive at this hotel, the rooms are expensive as compared to other hotels in the town and the services are poor also with the amount of they are charging. The beds were incredibly stiff and hard and I was not able to get a night of proper sleep. There was no microwave in the room and if you asked them to get one for you they will show you rude behavior and will completely deny. This place is overpriced everything looks dirty and it looks like they don’t make any efforts to clean the room. The rooms were dirty and the wall had dirt on them. The showers in the washroom didn’t work. The tiled around the tub were dirty and it looked like that had not been cleaned for years. There was a hair from a previous guest in the tub. I guess it’s not my responsibility to point out their flaws and they should know everything.
They should make sure that every room is cleaned properly when a new guest comes in. The customer service is horrible and the front desk had no idea how to talk with their customers. I requested him to change our rooms as it was unbearable to live in. On this he replied very rudely to me and told me that we can’t change the room and had to stay over there so we have only two options left now, first we stay in this room and don’t lose our money and second we checkout without getting our money back because they denied to refund it back to us. You are also not allowed to smoke in the room and if you are caught smoking they are going to charge you. My wife had to smoke and so she stepped out and smoked but upon checkout, the front desk guy told us that the room cleaning staff can smell smoke in the room and so they charged us extra. What kind of retarded rule is that? This hotel is horrible and their services are fucked up they don’t even know how to keep their customers comfortable, unnecessary charges on everything. Stay away from such places because they will rip you apart and will only try to make their money and nothing else.
