Benchmark Merchant Solutions

I opened a tire business in October of 2014 which is when I was approached by benchmark merchant solutions. its now June of 2015 and I still haven’t recieved any payments for none of the transactions I have made from my customers but yet they simply go in my business checking account withdrawing money which I am working hard for to place my daughter through college. The withdrawals vary anywhere from $46 to $146 Even though they initially told me they will not withdraw no more than $30 a months even on months where I don’t use their credit card payment machine. mind you it’s now June of 2015 and since october of 2014 I have made 3 transactions using their credit card machine and I have not seen none of that money. Up to date, they have taken a little over $500 from my business since I started my business. I have called them and cancelled their services and yet they are still going in my account. They have left me no choice but to close my business checking account which is a major set back for me and my business. Please if you are out there and u have a business know that these people are sharks and they won’t stop at nothing. one of the managers even called and threaten me. To add insult injury they are try to come after me for $495 early termination fee. To simply put it these people are tyrants. .
