Appartently I purchased some kind of alternative health food product when I purchased a newsletter from Better Focus Today. I was unaware of making this purchase until I checked my checking account. They withdrew $49.95 6/23/2014. It took several hours to even tract down who it was. When I got in touch w/ them they informed me that the product had been shipped-I never received an email stating this like most other companies-that I would have to wait until I received the product. To return it & once received by them a refund would be made. I never got any product after waiting more than two weeks. Upon my next contact w/ them I was told that a refund would be process w/ a confirmation . I once again waited a couple of weeks and finally got back w/ them again & was told Aug 4th that the refund could not be made because of an unknown reason. When the person checked my card numbers all they had access to were the last 4 numbers which were correct, but still no refund which they told me this time would be back into my acct w/in 5-7 business days. Here it is 8 business days later & still no refund. I am totally angry over this company. Oh, the service person must be foriegn because she is very difficult to understand. .

A charge of 49.95 appeared on my
A charge of 49.95 appeared on my credit card statement with a transaction date of 6/21/14. I did not make this purchase. I called my bank and cancelled the card and told them that this is a bad charge, and started a fraud report. I called Beter Focus Today at1-866-606-2587, and requested the information on the charge to my card and found out that this was an ongoing monthly charge, that someone has used my credit card for. I had to cancel the subscription to stop the charge. Of which I did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!
Well this is basically the same story
Well this is basically the same story as the guy before. My husband was going over our bank statement saturday evening and found a charge for 49.95 from a company called better focus today. I immediately called the 800 number on the bank card and they canceled my card and notified fraud center. I cannot get over people doing this and my question is how did they get my card number. The fraud center asked if I would be willing to press charges and I said yes I sure would before they do this to someone that does not check their account as often and these people slip thru the cracks. I also agree with the other guy I should contact the BBB and get that name out there for others to find out they are not a vitamin company but a ripoff company. Thank God for acct insurance so I did not lose anything.
On June 22, 2014, I went on
On June 22, 2014, I went on my checking account to check my balance; and notice that there was not enough money in the account for the upcoming doctor appointment I used my checkcard on Friday to pre-pay for a doctor appointment on Monday, June 23, 2014. I check the purchases and saw that a fraudulent charge for $49.95 had been put on my check card account on Saturday, June 21, 2014 by a company called, “Better Focus Today” I had never heard of this company before. I called my bank to report the fraud; they looked the matter up and saw that the charge was put on my account on Saturday, June 21, 2014, for focus supplement vitamins!! I asked how they got my card number to make this theft…I had not called any company on Saturday, and don’t order vitamins online…I don’trust them. I go to my local drug store to get my vitamins or Walmart, a company trusted. I looked up this company and got the information while my bank had me on the phone. The bank cancelled my care, as they said these thieves might try to submit more charges. I will contact the Better Business Bureau, and a fraud report has been filed on these crooks!!
