I was referred to this company by another company out Arizona who should not have referred me to them. I was attempting to Cryo preserve my father after he passed last December. Cryo is a freezing procedure of a person in cold storage. The procedure is fine in the hopes that science will some day in the future revive a person. An employee out of the company in Arizona referred me to a company in San Diego, Ca. I was contacted by the General Manager. My father was picked up five days after he had passed. By all standards, that us too late because you lose the personality and characteristics of the person after 15 minutes. You have to do the procedure right away. Delays on the process would too late to have a successful recovery in the future if the person. The General Manager did give me rates, yes, but did not explain he is a start up company that was not registered yet with the state, has no employees, had not told were the location of his business ( supplied only a Post Office), and has no board of directors. He hasn’t supplied much information expect for rates. He had me sign papers to start the procedure, and had me put down $22000.00 to take the case. He has not given me any copies of any thing like he promised. I’ve tried to reach him by text (to keep things on record, because he lies), but he does not respond. When I finally called, he claims I’m harassing him. I’ve filed with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, Cinsumer Affairs, and The California State Attorney Generals Office. He does nor tell the truth when I asked him certain things. He did not even response to my question when I asked when my father was picked up. His associate from from the Arizone Company claimed that the Mortuary holding my father would cremate my father if I did not act. I called the Mortuary, they explained they do no such thing without checking first with the family. I was lied to. They pressured me for the money when they knew that I was attempting to ragas money with certain projects while dealing with family back East that were trying to cloak in on assets that I was trying to sell. They claimed the Mortuary, and supposed delivery drivers were getting angry and impatient. The Mortuary did not rush anyone, especially me. And what employees. According to what I was able to readearch online, he the the only Employee, and a start up company. If I had known that, obeying not have dealt with this company. Hd should not be in business, on my opinion. Thank you for listening. .
