BMW of Corpus Christi

I am not a resident of Corpus Christi. I was just passing by and thought to get a quick inspection for my car. I had this SUV which I purchased back in 2013 from Momentum BMW in Houston. I don’t have any complaint with this dealership. But BMW of Corpus Christi turned out to be a nightmare for me as it was a just a waste of time and money. I was a walk-in over there because I had not booked an appointment with them so I asked the front desk guy that if there is anyone available for a quick inspection and if not I will come back because I was in a rush at the moment.
He asked me to wait and told me I would be soon accompanied by one of their workers so I decided to wait. One hour later I had not seen anyone from them to assist me on which I asked the front desk guy and he became rude with me. He started shouting at me and showed aggressive behavior which I did not appreciate. I told him that if there is no one available at the moment so why was there a reason to keep me waiting for so long. My car was not even touched by their technician and I was already getting late as he told me that they are out for lunch at the moment. I told him why he asked me to wait for so long if there was no one available to which he made some lame excuses just to put off the burden. It did not seem like he was concerned to solve my problem. It only looks like they are doing this business to make a few extra bucks. They don’t care about the customers.
Moreover, if I wanted to leave I could not because they had lost my keys and I was just stuck around there. Around 2 and a half-hour later I was accompanied by one of their worker who did the inspection for me and told me that my car is in a bad shape because I had some problems with one of my tires. Their employees were unprofessional and no one was willing to take responsibility for wasting my time and not even a single person come up and apologize to me which was kind of a disappointment for me. After all of this fuss, I decided to get a second opinion about the inspection of my car because I could not trust BMW of Corpus Christi. I went to another place and they said my car was fine. So after wasting around half of my busy day, I only got to find out that my car was okay. If I had trusted these bastards’ opinion and had given them my car for repair, I don’t know how long it would’ve taken them to repair it. They might’ve just ruined it to make some more bucks.
