BMW of Myrtle Beach is a total fraud and make sure you don’t deal with them. The people over here are not honest and they will try to make their commission from your pocket. BMW of Myrtle Beach is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It seems like a good business but since I have done business with them I can assure you that they do nothing like that and you would end up regretting yourself if you intend to do business here.
I am not a person who likes to write a negative review about any company but since BMW of Myrtle Beach is a scamming company, it’s my responsibility to let others know what happened with me. The only reason to visit this dealership BMW of Myrtle Beach was because I have heard so much about it and also saw positive reviews online as well. Now I’ve realized that online ratings can be manipulated. It’s either that or this company has transformed into trash in a very little period. I bought a BMW and wanted to pay in cash. I was told by one of their salespeople that if I am going to invest some part of the price, I would get eligible for a refund.
Well, who don’t like good offers and I agreed to it. I invest a portion of the price and rest of the balance was paid in cash. Around a month later I received a billing receipt on my email from BMW of Myrtle Beach stating that I invested the whole amount for which I bought the car which was $16000 but I paid in cash. I got mad and decided to contact BMW of Myrtle Beach to get my refund. I hung up the call when I was kept on hold for half an hour and decided to visit them in the next morning. The very next day I showed up at BMW of Myrtle Beach and was told that there was a mistake in the paperwork and they are going to rectify it. They showed no apologetic behavior to me, no sorry nothing. They also recorded my wrong address and that is the only reason why I was not receiving anything on my home address. I called the salesman from whom I dealt with and he told me that he will get back to me after having his lunch but I have not still heard from him.
I called their general manager to fix the problem and he also told me that he will be going to give me a callback but he never did. My attorney told me that this is a trick used by dealers to make their commission. So you can see how the people at this BMW dealership were acting like a bunch of scammers. I don’t know how many people have been scammed by these criminals before because I’m certain I’m not the only victim of this place.
I do not intend to visit this place again nor am I going to recommend it to anyone.
