Being a proud owner of BMW, I was very happy with the condition of the car and it still gave the same mileage as it gave at the beginning. It was 5 years now and the battery started giving problems, it seemed that the battery didn’t work because the horn didn’t blow properly, the indicators didn’t function well and the backlight too was getting doomed. It was not safe driving a car with several problems. Therefore, I decided to get the battery replaced in a reputed car company. I did a lot of research and found out BMW of Ocala to be the best in their business.
I contacted the manager and scheduled an appointment. Went to the place and met the manager, he presented himself in a good manner, never did I knew it was a trap to convince the customer. I fell in the trap and it went very well. The manager offered me a cup of coffee too. His mechanic checked my car and the manager informed me that the battery had already been ordered and would take 2 days to arrive. He assured me that on the third day he would deliver the battery to my house directly. Being a good customer I completed the payment and went away happily.
I went back home and waited sincerely for the battery to arrive. It was the third and the wait was over but the battery didn’t arrive yet. I called the manager but he was unresponsive. I called him on the fourth day but he hung up the call. I was getting doubtful and went to the place to meet the manager directly. He didn’t recognize me and intended to be a stranger to me. I had to show him the bill so that he could pay attention to me. He then got back to his senses and told me that they will deliver the product the very next day. I was frustrated but had no other option because the payment was already done. The firm brought the product and I was thankful to god about it. The mechanic replaced the battery and told me that it would last longer than the older battery. I was relieved but my happiness didn’t last forever. The car was back to the condition it was before. It started giving the same problem and upon calling the firm the response was still the same.
I went to the BMW of Ocala but this time as I didn’t have any bill they denied helping me in any way. The manager acted as if he didn’t know me and pretended to be a stranger. I could not believe it in my eyes. After taking my car to a local custom shop in my locality I was informed that the battery was not new and had been used for quite a while. This was one of the worst news and I couldn’t believe that I was made a fool by the BMW of Ocala. They are the worst showroom I had ever gone into and I would never visit the place again at any cost. I suggest everyone stay away from this fraudulent firm.
