I guess I was drunk when I decided to ask BMW of Sterling for my car. I own a BMW and this was the nearest office I could consult for my car. It was having a lot of issues lately and now things were not in my hands. A desperate need for professional help became my necessity. I live in the city all by myself so there was no such thing as reviews from relatives or friends for me. I chose BMW of Sterling. I was glad that I can choose my own consultant and my choices will be respected by them but their website is just a fucking trap. They would put anything on their page to attract you and earn as much as possible from you. This is just a piece of their attitude. They did a lot more to me and you can find out more such reviews. I went to the place and I was given four choices under the umbrella of the consultant. After going through the ratings and everything, I made my decision and I was asked to come again the very next day. I did what was asked of me and literally, I can do anything for the sake of my car. The consultant listened to my problem and I was wondering like he would take a look at my car once to be more accurate but he did not do anything like this. He just listened to me and asked me to buy some parts. I am not dumb enough to buy anything for my car if someone asks me to and I tried to convince him that my car does not require all the parts that he has mentioned. Finally, he was ready to have my car checked first. After that, he still asked me to buy all the parts he has stated. Now he had checked my car so I was speechless and bought all those parts. Not to mention but the parts were extremely expensive and according to the consultant, they have all the genuine BMW parts which were hard for me to believe. Nonetheless, I gave away the keys to my car and I was assured that the car will be delivered to my place in three days. Undoubtedly, the car was delivered on time but I was asked to pay some delivery charges. The delivery was supposed to be free as promised by the consultant but I had to pay $300 as a delivery fee. I checked my car and I found out that they had used only two of the five parts I had to buy. I immediately called the place and they did not take any action because the consultant I chose was out of town and the others are not supposed to jump into this as per some stupid policy. My car still has the knocking sound it had before. It is friendly advice to anyone reading this that PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BMW OF STERLING.
