Bob Howard Toyota, Oklahoma City, insists on sending me discount coupons for oil changes and other maintenance services. Coupon assures less than 1 hour wait for oil change and if I recall correctly no appointment required or it’s assumed. I drive several miles to dealership in early afternoon for oil change as their advertised price is quite attractive. I pull up to a completely empty garage entry with several small offices for “service advisers” and get, “do you have an appointment”. If not we can’t change your oil today. Bob Howard, Group 1, stop sending out discount coupons that are fake. Toyota take them off your dealer list – you have MUCH better service dealers.
