I ordered a product that is similar to Alli since the real Alli has been recalled. First order I put was back in July 2018 and I received it without any problem. I put in the second order on August 2014. I’ve waited and waited but product never arrived. They said its gonna be a month. I’ve waited more than a month to finally find out that product wasnt delivered by post office and now is on it’s way back to India where it’s originally shipped from. They refuse to give me refund before the product is received in India. I’ve waited another month before I call them back and they said the same thing. They wouldn’t refund me before that receive in India. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t refund me when it’s very clear that I didn’t receive the product and it’s on its way to be delivered back. It’s also make me very mad that they keep telling me to call back and every time I call back they ask me to wait. 8 months has passed and I called them back, they said I waited too long and didn’t follow up. I am VERY upset. I don’t think they have any intention to refund my money back. They will say anything to keep me waiting and when I waited they say I didn’t follow up. Their computer system or the customer service only put a note that I’ve only called once. That’s a TOTAL lie. Because I’ve called more than 3 times with at least a month wait for each call. Either they didn’t put a note on my call or their system has a glitch. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is the WORST I’ve encountered and their system of work is not to satisfy customer. once they received your money it’s impossible to get it back even your product wasn’t delivered. im very disappointed with this company.
