The place sucks!! Literally, you can choose hell over them if you have a choice or if you want to witness some devils, feel free to visit here. I took my car for an oil change but I wish I had made a better choice than this. They have made me quite insecure about my decision-making ability. I had to talk to three different people for the sake of appointment. It was finally scheduled for 3 pm and I was there at 2:55. I was asked to wait for a little bit but that bit was changed into two hours. I did not mind the part where I had to wait but you can at least communicate with your customer but Casey BMW does not care about that I guess. I had to get in touch with different people to get a reason behind the wait. There were two front desk officers and I asked them both. At around 3:30 I asked the first one and he went off and never showed me his face again. The second one did not give any reason but asked me to wait a little more. Four people came after me and left in an hour or so but I was still sitting in their lobby like the statue of liberty. They have no concerns for the customer’s time or energy. They will charge you high even though the service was not at all worth it. Finally around 5:15 it was my turn and they took the car. They took an hour for an oil change and technically I was still a statue in their lobby. Well, now it was time for the bill and I was charged 30% extra than the usual. I asked them the reason but they were out of good reasons and said there have been changes in the pricing and cost of labor lately. I literally wanted to give them slow claps here for a shitty excuse. I paid them as I was really exhausted and was in no mood of argument. I drove the car home and it could not even complete the first trip. The quality of the oil sucked or they were responsible for breaking some part. I took my car to another service station the next day and he told me that it seems like I have not changed the oil. I told him that I had it done the day before but he explained everything and I am now sure that the staff at Casey BMW did not do anything to my car. Instead they have broken some pipe in my car. I have cleaned up all the mess Casey BMW created but wanted others to know their real face. If you really want your car to be serviced, please do not go to them. After waiting two hours and paying the bill they asked without creating a fuss, they still failed to get the job done. I do not know what they might do to the customers who choose them to buy a new car. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICES.
